CONVENE
Visitors to CONVENE will have the exceptional opportunity to meet professional suppliers from the Baltic Sea Region, learn about the latest service solution trends in the meetings industry, discover new incentive ideas, and network with industry professionals throughout the exhibition.
With a strong focus on education and knowledge, CONVENE aims to equip both buyer and supplier communities with the tools needed to facilitate more effective and valuable meetings and events.
Why CONVENE?
Launched in 2013 by the Vilnius Convention Bureau, CONVENE offers a full hosted buyer programme that invites more than 165 qualified buyers from across Europe and around the world.
Up to 90 regional exhibitors attend the Convene Event to showcase their meeting products and services. These include convention bureaus, conference centers, hotels, venues, PCOs, DMCs and specialist suppliers.
CONVENE also organises a number of FAM tours in Lithuania and other regional destinations looking to host international buyers that attend the event.
With a strong focus on education and knowledge, CONVENE aims to equip both buyer and supplier communities with the tools needed to facilitate more effective and valuable meetings and events.
About the CONVENE venue
Located at the geographical centre of Europe, Vilnius is never more than a three-hour flight from any European destination.
Vilnius has become an attractive option for international meeting planners and event organisers, thanks to its first-class business infrastructure.
The city offers a refreshingly diverse choice of venues ready to accommodate the needs of any meeting or event, including hotels and modern conference halls, and non-traditional venues like centuries-old mansions, castle halls, restored royal palaces, modern glass towers, big arenas, and large open-air squares.
Vilnius Airport is a hub of 21 airlines flying to 55 destinations and is situated just 15 min from the city centre.

For the last seven years, CONVENE has been putting Exhibitors face-to-face with a select group of international Hosted Buyers interested in the Baltic Sea Region for two days of non-stop networking and business opportunities.
CONVENE also serves as a platform for knowledge sharing and gives Exhibitors the opportunity to learn while gaining visibility within the growing Baltic Sea Region’s meeting and events sector.
